Bayside City Council (Ongoing)

Various Car Park Rejuvenations within Bayside City Council.  We have completed over 10 car park rejuvenation projects for Bayside City Council.  These projects require the complete refurbishment of existing car parks to the point they look brand new.  Rejuvenation works include replacement of defective and broken kerb and pavement, kerb re-alignments and usually either a 5 mm rejuvenation layer or asphalt over the entire car park.  The majority of these works have been undertaken in working car-parks with no more than 20 % of the spaces taken at any one time expect for when final coat of asphalt or rejuvenation is laid (a contract requirement).
