Kaizen Civil Pty Ltd (Kaizen Civil) was established in 2017 by Greg Green. Greg Green previously worked as a joint director with GP Bluestone Pty Ltd but decided to leave this position in order to create a civil construction company that met his and his fellow managers’ aspirations. Kaizen is the Japanese word for the relentless pursuit of unattainable perfection and Kaizen Civil aspires to these lofty aims in not only the product it delivers but also how the product is delivered.
During his career, Greg has managed a range of civil and building projects across two different countries for 1st, 2nd and 3rd tier suppliers in client as well as contractor roles. These projects have included everything from highway duplications; airport fit-outs, water infrastructure to playgrounds and road maintenance. Working with such a broad range of companies, clients and colleagues on such varied projects has allowed Greg to understand different clients wants and needs as well as understand the best construction company systems and project methodologies to deliver projects on time, on budget, and with the highest quality and safety standards. Greg is now passing this knowledge and experience through his team of managers and site staff with aim of providing the best possible service for our clients and their stakeholders.
